The office will be closed from 12 noon on Friday 20th December, re-opening fully at 10.00am on Monday 6th January 2025. We will not be able to handle messages left on the office number during this time and we would ask that you hold any non-urgent maintenance issues until the office fully re-opens. You can of course e-mail these issues to enquiries@lifestyle-lets.co.uk for our attention when we return to work.
For genuine emergency issues, eg. boiler breakdown, loss of cooking facility, gas or water leak or electrical fault, please contact our suppliers direct on the numbers below USING TEXT IN THE FIRST INSTANCE. This will allow them to arrange to return your call. They may supply advice or help over the phone and decide on the most appropriate course of action before arranging to come out on site. Please be aware that it may not be possible to fix all reported issues due to major parts suppliers and merchants also being closed but we will do our best to get everything up and running. Please also note that availability of our plumbing and electrical contractors may vary, particularly on Christmas, Boxing and New Year's Day although they will attempt to address any issues as quickly as possible. Our appliance repair contractor is closed from 23rd December, reopening on 6th January for all repairs other than to cookers.
